Derivion International Pvt. Ltd. / International School of Financial Trading (ISFT) is looking for a motivated, target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our growing team in Gurugram.

Location: Gurugram | Work From Office

Experience: 1–4 Years CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Employment: Full-Time Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals on suitable programmes and career pathways.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, databases, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Manage the complete admission cycle — enquiry → counselling → follow-up → conversion → enrolment.
- Clearly communicate programme structure, eligibility, fees, certifications, and career relevance.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and handle candidate objections effectively.• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Who Are We Looking For?

1–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Career Counselling, or Student Recruitment.

✔ Robust communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

✔ Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales.

✔ Proven ability to convert leads into successful enrolments.

✔ Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Professional Education, Training, BFSI Education, or Skill Development will be preferred.

✔ Candidates based in or willing to commute to Gurugram.
