Sri Kalyani Foods is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with strong practical knowledge of accounting operations and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing accounts receivable, tracking customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with clients for timely collections.

The candidate will report to the Accounts Manager and work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer outstanding balances and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers and clients for timely payment collections.
- Prepare and maintain customer ledgers, sales records, receipts, and payment entries.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and maintain accurate receivables ageing reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, documentation,



and other routine accounting activities.
- Support the Accounts Manager with periodic reports and other accounting requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Com graduate or any graduate with sound accounting knowledge.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Robust hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good understanding of accounts receivable, customer ledgers, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
- Ability to work independently and report effectively to the Accounts Manager.
- Candidates residing near Nacharam, Khushaiguda, or surrounding areas will be preferred.
