Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good Excel skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain.

The role involves invoice processing, vendor account management, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, client coordination, and financial reporting.

Candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable working night shifts are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and maintain vendor and client invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain vendor accounts, client records, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
- Follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statements.
- Support bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.




- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper filing of financial documents.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
