Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in warehousing, freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation accounting will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions.
- Handle end-to-end accounting operations related to warehousing, freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics.
- Prepare, verify, and review customer billing and invoices for freight, warehousing, and logistics services.
- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and coordinate timely payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Manage TDS deductions, accounting entries, payments, and filings as per statutory requirements.
- Monitor operational expenses related to warehousing, freight, and transportation.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, documentation,



and sales teams to ensure accurate billing and accounting.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Assist with monthly account closing, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Handle multi-branch or multi-location accounting, wherever applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in warehousing, freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
