Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing concern to manage day-to-day accounting, Tally ERP, Vendor Reconciliation, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Accounting, MSME Compliance, Accounts Payable, Stock Reconciliation, RTGS, NEFT, Manufacturing Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Record purchase bills and expense invoices in Tally with reference to PO and GRN.
- Reconcile vendor ledgers, prepare payment schedules, and track outstanding payments.
- Monitor MSME payment deadlines and overdue dues as per applicable regulations.
- Verify GST and TDS on vendor invoices and resolve GSTR-1 mismatches with vendors.
- Handle debit notes, credit notes, vendor advances,



and related accounting entries.
- Record daily bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Reconcile stock between Tally and stores records, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Assist in inventory valuation and maintain accurate stock accounting records.
- Pass accounting entries for salaries, wages, employee advances, earned leave, gratuity, and bonus provisions based on HR inputs.
- Maintain petty cash, cash vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare cheques and RTGS/NEFT payment instructions for approval.
- Maintain accounting vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing, account reconciliation, and preparation of reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, HR, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
