About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the organization's accounting operations, taxation compliance, banking activities, financial reporting, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, banking processes, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management

- Maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, and financial records in Tally/ERP systems.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate records of online banking transactions and payment schedules.

Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance activities.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings within prescribed timelines.
- Perform GST and TDS reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Banking & Export-Import Documentation
- Manage EDPMS/IDPMS activities and export-import banking documentation.
- Handle IRM, ORM, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and related banking processes.
- Coordinate with banks for foreign remittances, export proceeds, and import documentation compliance.

Reporting & Audit
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Support internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Participate in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial schedules.





Personal Taxation
- Assist in preparing and filing Personal Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Maintain financial and taxation records as required.

Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
- CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Banking operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or export-oriented industries will be preferred.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in EDPMS/IDPMS, IRM/ORM, and export-import banking processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including reports, reconciliations, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, MIS preparation, and audit support.
