We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, be familiar with banking procedures, and have hands-on experience with Tally Prime. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.
- Handle banking activities including cheque processing, bank deposits, reconciliations, and online banking transactions.
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
- Prepare and maintain accounting entries using Tally Prime software.
- Assist in GST-related activities
- Support TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.




- Perform bank reconciliation and assist in month-end accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Should have proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Should have basic knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
- Should have basic understanding of TDS provisions and deductions.
- Should have robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
