About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance/Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, supervise the accounting team, and ensure accurate financial reporting, timely book closure, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable, General Ledger, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee fixed assets, prepaid expenses, depreciation, and intercompany accounting.
- Ensure timely monthly book closure using Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks.
- Prepare financial reports,
KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Support external audits, tax, and statutory compliance.
- Lead, train, and evaluate accounting team members.
- Coordinate with US-based teams and support QSF accounting/reporting requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, including 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
- Robust corporate accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong English communication.
- Oracle NetSuite experience highly preferred; exposure to QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and on Indian holidays when required.
