Job Title: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Location: Bannerghatta, Bangalore

Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: CA-Inter / CMA-Final / MBA Finance

: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to manage statutory compliances, books closure, MIS reporting, and financial support activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliances:

Handle computation, payment, reconciliation, and timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable statutory compliances. Ensure proper reconciliation of statutory ledgers, returns, and payments.
1. Books Closure:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual books closure. Ensure accurate period-end adjustments, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
1. MIS & Management Reporting :

Prepare monthly Books Closure MIS covering revenue, expenses, cash flow, and variance analysis. Prepare management dashboards and financial reports to support business decision-making.

VCFO / Finance Support:

Support the VCFO/CFO with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, working capital management, and financial analysis. Provide insights for cost control, profitability, and financial decision-making. Assist in strengthening financial controls and SOPs.

Required Skills

5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances Robust Excel and ERP/accounting software skills Experience in MIS, books closure, and financial analysis Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Qualification CA-Inter / CMA-Final / MBA Finance
