Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and vendor/payment processes within the organization. Fitspire products, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, timely delivery, and issue resolution, as well as tracking account performance and preparing regular reports.

The Account

Manager will also support business development initiatives,



contribute feedback on customer needs, and uphold Fitspire’s standards in health and wellness.

Qualifications

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial record maintenance
- Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports
- Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking
- Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy
- Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination
- Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activities , Responsible for maintaining E-Commerce financial records and marketplace reconcilations.
