- Position Title: Accountant
- Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities Core Accounting & Ledger Maintenance:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance in ERP systems (SAP / Tally).
- Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Reconciliations & Receivables Management:

- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding receivables and timely payment collection.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation:

- Assist in GST compliance, including invoice verification, return data preparation, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Support TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing tasks.

Audits & Financial Closing:

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Assist internal, statutory, and tax auditors during audit and due diligence processes.

Documentation & Investor Support:

- Maintain digital documentation, banking records, and supporting accounting files.




- Assist in preparing basic financial data and presentations for internal management and investor reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Technical Skills:
- Positive understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and Tally).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
- Good PowerPoint/presentation preparation skills.
