Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Chennai.

The Account

Manager will oversee key customer accounts, ensuring solid relationships, timely communication, and high levels of satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams on orders and projects, monitoring delivery timelines, and resolving issues proactively. The role will also involve preparing account reports, tracking performance metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and supporting contract renewals.

The Account

Manager will collaborate closely with sales,



operations, and production teams to ensure seamless service and long-term client retention.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated account management or client relationship experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and reporting, with comfort using CRM tools or similar systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and general business software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Cash Flow Management.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global or multi-location clients is an advantage.
