Role Description The Account Head (Events) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading key client accounts and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves overseeing account management activities, understanding client objectives, and translating them into effective event and media solutions.

The Account

Head will manage financial planning for accounts, monitor budgets and financial statements, and ensure profitability and compliance with company standards. Day-to-day tasks include guiding and mentoring account teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, presenting proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to business growth through strategic account planning.

Qualifications

- Strong account management skills, including client relationship management and project oversight.
- Solid understanding of finance and the ability to interpret and manage financial statements and budgets.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess campaign performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Proven team management capabilities, including mentoring, performance tracking,



and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in events, media, or marketing services, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, handle multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Key Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience with ERP/accounting tools (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in the media, events, advertising, or creative services industry
