Position: Accounts Manager

Qualification: UG / PG in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: Relevant experience in a Manufacturing Industry

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliance in coordination with the relevant team or consultant.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, payments, and collections.
- Handle cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing-related financial records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores,



and Production departments for accounting and reconciliation.
- Manage monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, and audit requirements.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely completion of financial activities.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost-control reports.

Required Skills
- ERP Software: Practical working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Tally: Hands-on experience with the latest available version of Tally.
- Advanced Excel: Robust knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and MIS reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Good analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting is essential.
