Role & Responsibilities

- Record and update daily bank transactions in Tally ERP.

- Enter and verify customer credit transactions.

- Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve any differences.

- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for purchase bills and tax challans.

- Check and verify purchase bills and other accounting documents.

- Assist in preparing MIS reports by collecting and maintaining financial data.

- Maintain records of Bank Guarantees (BG) and follow up on their status.

- Manage and verify accounting entries in Tally independently.

- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and Tally operations.

- Positive working knowledge of Tally ERP.

- Basic knowledge of GST, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

- Good communication and follow-up skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records and handle tasks independently.

- Good attention to detail and ability to complete work within deadlines
