About Campus Collective
Campus Collective makes premium custom apparel for fraternities, sororities, and college brands in the US. We don’t print logos on blank hoodies. Every piece starts as a tech pack, with its own fabric, trims, embroidery, and fit, and is made with our factory partners overseas. We’re a small team, so you’ll work directly with the partners who run the company. No layers of managers.
What you’ll do
- Work inbound leads from chapters and student orgs: quote, follow up, and close
- Turn a chapter’s idea into a real order: collect the details (sizes, colors, quantities, deadlines), pass them to design, and get approvals signed off
- Keep active orders moving by tracking production and shipping, and keep clients updated before they have to ask
- Grow existing accounts through reorders, new chapters at the same school, and new product drops
- Keep our CRM and order notes clean so nothing gets lost
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in sales, account management, or customer success with US clients
- Strong written English. Most of our clients are 19–22 and communicate by text and DM, so you need to be clear, quick, and friendly.
- Comfortable working US hours
- Very detail-oriented. One wrong size run means 60 hoodies remade.
Bonus
- Experience with apparel, merch, or sourcing
- An understanding of how merchandising works: product assortment, drops, pricing, and what actually sells
- Shopify, Canva, Monday.com, Slack
Why this role vs. a big shop
- You learn the product, not just the pitch: garment construction, fabric weights, and how a tech pack becomes a finished hoodie
- You talk to the decision-makers every day. Valuable ideas get used the same week.
- You’re an early hire, so the role grows as the company grows
How to apply
No cover letter needed. Send your resume and 3–4 sentences about the best deal you’ve closed and how you closed it.
