BrightCHAMPS is looking for an enthusiastic Academic Operations Intern to support student attendance monitoring, live class tracking, and academic reporting.
This role is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical experience in education operations, data tracking, and reporting. This is a non-technical role and does not involve software testing or coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor student attendance in live online classes.
- Track missed sessions and identify reasons for student drop-offs.
- Maintain daily attendance and performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Identify recurring attendance patterns and share insights with the team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help improve student participation and learning experience.
Requirements
- Freshers and recent graduates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
Internship Advantages

Work Schedule
