Your role would be

Meta Fashion creates virtual fashion for Roblox. We're looking for a 2D concept artist with great artistic skills, original ideas and a strong eye for design. You'll design hairstyles, clothing, accessories and themed collections, exploring different styles while making each design unique.

You'll use drawing, references and AI tools to develop ideas into clear concepts our 3D artists can build. Our research team helps with trends and references, while you lead the creative decisions. You'll see your designs come to life, learn what players love and have the prospect to lead our 2D art team as we grow.

What you’ll do

- Create original designs. Turn trends, references and ideas into unique avatar clothing, hairstyles and accessories.
- Explore different styles. Understand what makes each fashion style special and create collections that feel consistent, then move on to something completely different.
- Sketch and experiment. Use drawing, AI tools and editing to explore shapes, colours and materials. Keep improving ideas until they feel right.
- Prepare concepts for 3D. Create clear designs with the right proportions, materials and details.



Include different views when needed so our 3D artists can build them.
- Work together and improve. Collaborate with our research and 3D teams, share ideas and learn from how players respond to your designs. 1 META FASHION / CAREERS

What matters

- Great design taste. You have an eye for what looks good and can come up with ideas beyond your references.
- Versatility. You can understand different styles, from gothic and kawaii to fantasy and tactical, and create original designs for each.
- Strong 2D skills. You can draw, develop and explain your ideas clearly enough for a 3D artist to build them.
- Smart use of AI. You can use AI tools to explore ideas but know what to change, fix or improve. Your creativity leads the process.
- Ownership. You communicate well, take feedback positively and care about the final product.

Illustrators, concept artists, fashion designers and visual designers are welcome. Freshers with strong portfolios can apply. Roblox experience isn't required. We value your work and creative thinking more than degrees or years of experience. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
