About the Role

Nubeno Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors and calls, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

The ideal candidate should be well-presented, polite, confident, and have excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business associates professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Manage reception activities and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules.
- Receive and manage courier, mail, and other office deliveries.
- Maintain front-office documents, registers, and records.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
- Ensure the reception and front-office area is neat and well-maintained.




- Assist with basic administrative and office coordination activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
- Perform other front-office and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or 1 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Candidates from the healthcare/pharma industry will be preferred.
