Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design posters, invitations, flyers, banners, brochures, yearbook, booklets and newsletters.
- Create social media posts, digital creatives and promotional materials.
- Support the design of school event collateral including standees, backdrops, certificates, badges, photo booths and other event materials.
- Assist with signage, displays and environmental graphics for school campuses.
- Prepare artwork according to print specifications and ensure files are production-ready.

Branding & Visual Communication

- Follow and maintain the school's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colours, layouts and overall visual presentation.
- Work closely with the senior design team to develop creative concepts and execute design requirements.
- Maintain consistency across print, digital and social media communications.

School & Event Support

- Work with teachers, coordinators and school teams to understand design requirements.
- Support creative requirements for school events, achievements, celebrations, activities and special occasions.
- Handle multiple design requests while meeting agreed timelines.
- Adapt designs based on the requirements of different school departments and audiences.

Print & Production





- Prepare artwork for printing and coordinate with the senior designer and printers when required.
- Make corrections and revisions based on feedback.
- Check artwork dimensions, resolution, fonts, colours, bleeds and other print requirements before production.
- Assist in ensuring the quality and accuracy of final printed materials.

Digital & Social Media

- Create engaging visual content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Adapt existing designs for different digital formats and platforms.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and digital communication trends.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools where appropriate to support ideation, content development and productivity.

Software & Skills

Required:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva

Preferred / Familiarity With:

- ChatGPT / Generative AI tools
- Adobe Firefly
- AI-assisted design and content creation

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design preferred.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Ability to work across both print and digital media.
- Basic understanding of print production and pre-press.
- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop new design skills.
- Experience in an educational institution, creative agency, publishing, marketing or corporate environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
