- Own end-to-end quality across automation, Al-driven testing, and delivery
- Lead and scale SDET teams in fast-paced Agile setups
- Drive shift-left testing with early validation and quality gates
- Define risk-based test strategies balancing speed and coverage
What We're Looking For
- Deep automation expertise across Web, Mobile & API (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred)
- Hands-on with Playwright, WebDriverlO, Cl/CD, and contemporary test frameworks
- Robust quality-first mindset with clear leadership and communication skills
