Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply)

CTC: ₹2.16 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

Requirements

Valuable communication & interpersonal skills

Confident & positive attitude

Basic computer knowledge Own Laptop – MANDATORY

Own Two-Wheeler/Vehicle – MANDATORY

Target-oriented approach

Willingness to travel for field work

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling and other sources
- Schedule meetings with students & parents
- Handle client visits and field activities
- Conduct counselling and product presentations
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Convert leads and close deals
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue
