We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Support performance management and employee engagement
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration with positive communication, interpersonal, organizational, and MS Office skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred!
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
