Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.

- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

- Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle.

- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in handling domestic and international clients.

- Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales.

- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation software.

- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
