Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who wants to gain practical exposure in Human Resource Management. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and Data Management.

This Internship designed purely for learning and skill development purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Posting job openings on job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screening resumes
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

HR Operations

- Assisting in onboarding processes
- Maintaining intern/employee records
- Supporting documentation and HR compliance tasks

Data Management

- Managing HR databases and spreadsheets




- Updating candidate tracking sheets
- Maintaining confidentiality of records

What You Will Learn

- End-to-end recruitment process
- HR documentation & operations workflow
- Candidate coordination & communication skills
- HR data handling & reporting
- Exposure to NGO/Non-Profit HR functioning

Certificate of Completion will be provided after successful completion of 3 months.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) / B.Com / Any HR-related course
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Interest in Human Resources
