We’re Hiring | Store Manager – The Belgian Waffle Co.

The Belgian Waffle Co. (BWC) is a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand in India, with 800+ stores across the country. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to join our team.

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Experience: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation and product quality.
- Manage inventory, stock, equipment and supplies.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety and security standards are maintained.
- Achieve sales targets and manage store budgets to maximize profitability.
- Handle daily cash/takings and coordinate payroll-related activities.
- Recruit, train, develop and manage store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure effective workforce deployment.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Implement company policies, SOPs and procedures.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Execute promotional campaigns and initiatives from Head Office.
- Prepare store performance reports and operational analysis.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and Head Office representatives.

Eligibility & Skills:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior QSR experience is mandatory.
- HSC / Graduation preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong team management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to self-manage.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage / QSR industry will be preferred.
