Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate transparent communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of change management processes and best practices within service delivery.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of services.
- Ability to analyze and improve service transition workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication to support service adoption and acceptance.
