We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Education/Admission Counsellor to drive student enrolments and revenue growth for our technical training programs.

The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, lead generation, sales pitching, student counselling, objection handling, follow-ups, closing enrolments, and participating in marketing activities.

This is a sales-focused role for an individual who enjoys talking to prospects, converting leads, achieving targets, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound and cold calls to prospective students and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand students' career goals, requirements, and challenges and recommend suitable technical programs.
- Deliver effective sales pitches and communicate the value, benefits, and career relevance of SPTI programs.
- Convert leads into paid enrolments through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and other communication channels.
- Handle student objections related to fees, course duration, career opportunities, competition, timing, and decision-making.
- Create urgency and guide prospects toward timely enrolment decisions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on every qualified lead.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversion status, and payments.
- Re-engage old, inactive, and previously lost leads to generate new enrolment opportunities.
- Actively participate in marketing activities, promotional campaigns, seminars, events, student engagement activities,



and other lead-generation initiatives.
- Support the team in executing online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate student enquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal team after enrolment to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Continuously improve sales performance by analysing conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, and lead quality.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Education Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Student Counselling, Business Development, or a related field.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply.
- Proven ability to handle cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales and revenue targets.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Confident, energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
- Willingness to actively participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ability to work under sales pressure and consistently achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM or lead-management systems is preferred.

- Location: Magarpatta, Pune – Onsite

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
