Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Techno-Functional with a background in business analysis and sales who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams. The candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and sales activities, including client interaction, lead follow-ups, presentations, and understanding customer business needs.

The candidate will coordinate with business stakeholders, sales teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, sales teams, technical teams, developers, QA, and project managers.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain process flows, workflows, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with technical teams to understand solution design, system workflows, APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.
- Participate in UAT, test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and defect tracking.
- Identify functional and technical gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support different phases of the SDLC, from requirement gathering through implementation.




- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in project meetings.
- Support sales activities, including client communication, lead follow-ups, sales presentations, and understanding customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documentation for prospective clients.
- Track project requirements, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support implementation and post-deployment activities.

Skills Required

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing activities is required.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integration, and databases.
- Understanding of system design and application workflows.
- Experience with UAT, functional testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of JIRA, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, understand client requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

- B.Tech / MBA is mandatory.
- Candidates with a technical background, strong business analysis skills, and sales experience will be preferred.

Work Mode

In office – Visakhapatnam
Local candidates preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and collaborating directly with business, sales, and technical teams.
