About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join NRIParentService & Preventia360.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management, be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and have the ability to learn quickly and turn ideas into effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage the monthly marketing calendar and marketing strategies.

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

* Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

* Create strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, views, and overall social media presence.

* Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

* Coordinate content creation, including reels, videos, posts, stories, and other promotional content.

* Stay updated with current social media trends and identify opportunities to create engaging content.

* Work closely with the management and creative team to develop new marketing ideas.

* Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.





* Explore new digital marketing channels and strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Requirements

* Relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related field.

* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Creative thinking with a good understanding of current social media trends.

* Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, platforms, and changing priorities.

* Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.

* Willingness to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Pay: ₹11,451.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
