Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

- Generate B2C leads through WhatsApp, social media, references, campaigns, and other channels.
- Follow up with enquiries received through the website, social media, advertisements, walk-ins, and phone calls.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers.
- Identify new customer segments and opportunities for increasing direct bookings.

2. Sales & Conversion

- Promote resort rooms, stay packages, weekend packages, holiday packages, day-out packages, activities, events, and special offers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, dates, number of guests, occasion

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with customers from enquiry to booking.
- Provide accurate information regarding room categories, facilities, inclusions, policies, and availability.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Handle customer objections and resolve sales-related concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
