Job Summary

SPAR Hypermarket at Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Part-Time Customer Support Executives and Billing Executives to join our team.

The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Executive

- Greet and assist customers with their queries and requirements.
- Provide information about products, offers, services, and store facilities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist customers with exchanges, returns, loyalty programs, and other services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area.

Billing Executive

- Handle billing and checkout operations accurately and efficiently.
- Scan products and process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Issue bills and receipts to customers.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain billing records.




- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Maintain a polite and professional approach during customer interactions.
- Follow all store procedures and billing policies.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket, cashier, billing, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers/POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates who can work in a fast-paced retail environment are preferred.
