Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our team in Andaman. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage restaurant service efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Guide and manage stewards/waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Welcome guests, take care of their requirements, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams for timely and accurate order service.
- Handle guest queries and service-related concerns professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment.
- Positive spoken English is required.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service and guest handling.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Andaman.
- North-East candidates are preferred.
