Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and manage work schedules for packing line operators and staff.
- Quality Control: Check packed boxes for correct item counts, weight accuracy, labeling, and freedom from defects.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace hygiene standards.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily dispatch targets and manage packaging material inventory.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production output, material usage, and quality checks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
