Job Title: Business Manager - Equity Business

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the Equity Business and collaborate with senior management on business strategy and growth opportunities.

- Prepare management presentations, business reports, and performance insights.

- Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Trading, and Business Management teams.

- Understand equity products, business lines, operating models, and infrastructure requirements.

- Support lateral hiring initiatives and business requirements across teams.

- Analyse business performance, balance sheets, and financial risks to support decision-making.

Requisites

- MBA from a Tier-1 business school, preferably IIM or equivalent.

- Experience in Business Management,



preferably within Equity or Trading businesses.

- Robust understanding of equity products, financial markets, and business operations.

- Knowledge of Finance, Risk, Trading, balance sheets, and financial risk.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable plans.

- Experience with global financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Barclays, JPMorgan, UBS, or Credit Suisse is preferred.
