Our aim is to be a one-stop solution for all the needs of commerce professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sprints Management Own end-to-end planning and execution of sprints in Zoho Sprints for all recorded batches. Ensure timely creation of sprints, accurate naming conventions, and proper structuring of items within each sprint. Maintain sprint hygiene and ensure timely closure in alignment with batch and release timelines.
2. Recorded Class Management Oversee the complete lifecycle of recorded class videos — from editing to final upload. Ensure videos are edited as per defined SOPs, reviewed for quality and accuracy, and uploaded to the LMS/app within specified timelines. Track progress across all stages (To Do, Edit Assigned, Video Edited, Uploaded) and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth content flow.
3. App / LMS Management Conduct regular review of content uploaded on the app/LMS to ensure accuracy, correct sequencing, and adherence to naming and formatting standards. Coordinate closely with the App/Tech team to identify, report, and resolve any platform-related issues affecting content visibility, playback, or structure.
4. Ticket Resolution Ensure all tickets raised — whether related to recorded classes, video issues,



or app/platform concerns — are addressed and resolved within defined SLAs. Track ticket status, prioritize based on severity/impact, and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant stakeholders to avoid delays.
5. Class Setup Monitoring Monitor all online class setups to ensure they are configured correctly and functioning as intended prior to and during live/recorded sessions. Proactively identify setup errors or gaps and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them before they impact class delivery or student experience.
