U.S. Account Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced U.S. Account Manager with 4-6 years of experience in managing U.S. clients, taxation, state registrations, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. business processes and state-wise regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with U.S. clients and business partners.
Handle U.S. state registrations, renewals, and compliance.
Coordinate Federal and State taxation activities and documentation.
Manage state-wise registration and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with CPAs, tax consultants, legal, and compliance teams.
Track tax filings, registrations, renewals, and other regulatory deadlines.
Respond to client queries related to taxation, registration, and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of tax documents, registrations, and compliance filings.
Support commercial discussions, contracts, and client requirements.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client activities.

Must-Have Skills

4-6 years of relevant experience in U.S. Account Management / Business Operations.
Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal and State Taxation.
Hands-on experience with U.S. State Registration & Compliance.
Good understanding of state-wise U.S. regulations.
Experience handling business/entity registrations and renewals.
Experience coordinating with CPAs / Tax Consultants.
Robust client management and communication skills.
Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good understanding of U.S. business processes and compliance documentation.

Preferred

Experience in U.S. IT Staffing / Staffing Operations.
Knowledge of MSP/VMS.
Experience managing registrations and compliance across multiple U.S. states.
