We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple product and release initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing release readiness, test execution, automation deliverables, and quality metrics while partnering closely with the Global stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards across all programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead QA activities for multiple concurrent releases, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

· Manage and oversee manual and automation testing teams across projects and product lines.

· Drive release planning, test strategy, risk assessment, and defect management activities.

· Partner with development, product management, Dev Ops, and program management teams to resolve quality issues and delivery risks.

· Monitor automation framework health, test coverage, execution results, and automation roadmap progress.

· Establish and manage QA KPIs, release quality metrics and status, defect trends, and automation effectiveness and communicate to key stakeholders.

· Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.





· Mentor and manage team of software quality test engineers and leads, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.

· 14+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 5+ years in QA leadership or management roles.

· Proven experience managing enterprise software releases and distributed QA teams.

· Robust background in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

· Experience with test management, defect tracking, and automation tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Playwright, Selenium, API testing tools).

· Experience in AI assisted Software development and test automation tools.

· Excellent executive stakeholder management, communication and progress updates, and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with global teams.

· Exposure to cloud-based applications, mobile platforms, and security-focused products.

· Experience building quality metrics dashboards and driving quality transformation initiatives.
