Job Description

We are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeller with 2+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, MEP systems, and construction documentation. The candidate should have strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), with the ability to independently manage modelling, coordination, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 2D/3D MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

- Prepare and update electrical, mechanical, plumbing, construction, coordination, and as-built drawings.

- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

- Review, identify, track, and resolve coordination issues through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).

- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.

- Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project and BIM standards.

- Manage scan-to-BIM, point-cloud alignment, and as-built modelling activities where required.

- Coordinate with project and engineering teams to resolve technical and modelling issues.

- Maintain project documentation,



model revisions, and BIM deliverables in line with established workflows.

- Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and MEP projects.

- Diploma/B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Civil/Mechanical.

- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

- Practical experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).

- Prior team-leading experience, with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate modelling activities.

- Robust managerial capabilities, including task allocation, workload management, progress monitoring, and deadline management.

- Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and BIM coordination workflows.

- Ability to independently manage assigned modelling and documentation activities.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
