You'll work closely with business heads and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from understanding the requirement through offer and onboarding.- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and define success profiles for each role.- Lead talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor talent research to build strong leadership pipelines.- Find and engage high-caliber professionals through Linked In, headhunting, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.- Run structured interview and assessment processes for leadership Manage senior stakeholder relationships and give candidates a confidential, high-quality experience.- Handle compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and closures for critical Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health,
