Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving inquiries efficiently. The position is critical for maintaining high client satisfaction levels and fostering long-term relationships through effective problem-solving and proactive engagement.
Responsibilities

- Manage incoming and outgoing sales activities to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.

- Execute collection processes to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.

- Address and resolve complex customer issues with a focus on finding practical solutions.

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate client records and track interactions.

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to meet service level agreements.

- Provide high-quality support via chat platforms, responding promptly to digital inquiries.

- Conduct voice-based interactions to assist clients with account details and service requests.





- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening actively and addressing needs with empathy and professionalism.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Proven experience in sales and collections within the service sector.

- Strong capability in problem-solving and critical thinking.

- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent written communication skills for chat support interactions.

- Clear and articulate verbal communication skills for voice process activities.

- A solid foundation in general customer service principles and best practices.

Requirements
HSC pass or Graduate. • Freshers are welcome to apply. • Positive communication and customer-handling skills. • Comfortable with voice and chat processes. • Willing to work with 2 rotational weekly offs. • Candidates from Churchgate, Virar, Thane, and nearby locations are preferred.
