Accountabilities

Collaborate with support, operations, and engineering teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues.

Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen system reliability.

Develop processes, deployment plans, and infrastructure capabilities to roll out new software components and updates safely and efficiently at scale.

•
Participate in on-call rotations and lead or support the restoration and repair of services affected by incidents.

•
Enhance monitoring, observability, and system analysis platforms to accelerate error detection, troubleshooting, and remediation.

Optimize Linux systems, infrastructure configurations, and system performance across large-scale distributed environments.
