The Lead Technical Product Manager is responsible for guiding product strategy, leading technical execution, and developing a team of Technical Product Managers responsible for delivering AI-powered, consumer-facing healthcare experiences. This leader operates at the intersection of product management, technology, data, AI, and business strategy, owning outcomes from concept through adoption and business value realization.

This role partners across Product, Engineering, Architecture, AI Engineering, Design,



Analytics, Operations, and Business stakeholders to build and scale digital experiences across web, mobile, and conversational channels. Areas of focus include Claims Assistant, Payment Experiences, intelligent document processing, reimbursement workflows, AI-powered self-service capabilities, and emerging member engagement experiences.

In addition to product ownership responsibilities, this role provides leadership, coaching, and development for Technical Product Managers, helping mature product management practices, technical capabilities, and AI-first ways of working across the organization.
