The Business Communications Leader serves as a key communications partner to Service Line and Sector stakeholders,



supporting the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business priorities and growth objectives. The role collaborates closely with business leadership, EY GDS BMC hubs and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver impactful client-facing, internal and external communications, leadership visibility programs and integrated campaigns.

This role focuses on translating business priorities into effective communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, stakeholder engagement and successful activation across Businesses and Sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business and Sector stakeholders to support development and execution of communication plans aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives.

• Lead the development and implementation of Business messaging, narratives and communication frameworks in collaboration with EY Global stakeholders, BMC hubs and COEs.
