As a Cloud Operations Senior Associate you will support IT asset management activities within our Technology Consulting practice, helping manage cloud and infrastructure operations workstreams. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC,



you will contribute to IT Infrastructure Managed Services efforts, apply cloud operations knowledge, interpret data to inform recommendations, and help deliver dependable client support across assigned workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Managing assigned cloud operations workstreams and tracking deliverables across IT asset management activities
- Monitoring cloud infrastructure, service availability, and platform performance using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, and Performance Monitor
- Supporting cloud administration tasks across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and coordinating remediation for infrastructure incidents and service disruptions
- Analyzing operating model data and using Apptio and FinOps practices to support cost visibility and resource optimization
