Job Summary
We are looking for a System Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, laptops systems, Microsoft Outlook and email configurations, internet connectivity, and day-to-day IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security, and providing timely IT support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office laptops and desktop systems.

• Perform system formatting, Windows installation, operating system upgrades, and software installations.

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, email accounts, and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Manage office internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN networks, routers, and switches.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system performance issues.

• Set up systems, user accounts, email access,



and required applications for new employees.

• Manage user permissions, password resets, antivirus software, and basic system security.

• Perform regular system updates, data backups, and routine maintenance.

• Monitor network connectivity and minimize downtime across office systems.

• Maintain IT asset records, including laptops, desktops, software licenses, and peripherals.

• Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors to resolve technical issues.

• Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

• Maintain IT documentation and follow company policies for data security and system access.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or Desktop Support Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, system formatting, and troubleshooting.
