We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & DTC Marketing Executive to strengthen brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media, content creation, digital advertising, and online community building.

This role is suited for someone who understands emerging social media trends, enjoys creating engaging content, and can turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns. You will contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in a quick-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Develop engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and other digital formats.
- Support DTC marketing initiatives,



including paid advertising, customer engagement, retention campaigns, and community building.
- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads, including in-house creative assets and advertisements developed with external agencies.
- Plan and coordinate in-house content shoots for social media, digital campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, creators, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to support customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Monitor social media platforms and manage online reputation by responding to comments, direct messages, queries, and feedback.
- Track social media engagement, campaign performance, audience growth, and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, platform updates, and competitor activities.
