The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, strategy, and execution of entertainment marketing campaigns across Amazon MX Player. This role combines original creative thinking, exceptional craftsmanship, team leadership, and operational agility to deliver compelling, audience-first campaigns across multiple formats and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead creative strategy, conceptualisation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for films and series.

Develop breakthrough ideas across key art, trailers, promos, digital, social, and audiovisual formats.

Establish and maintain high creative standards across storytelling, art direction, copywriting, design, and editing.

Manage, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary creative teams, building stronger creative judgment and independent campaign ownership.

Partner with marketing, content, production, and business stakeholders to translate insights into effective creative solutions.

Provide hands-on creative direction from initial briefing through final execution and quality control.





Drive innovation through emerging technologies, generative AI, and effective creative production workflows.

Balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, scalability, and business priorities.

Build a creatively self-sufficient in-house team while reducing dependency on external agencies.

Champion a culture of experimentation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Success will be measured by creative originality, campaign effectiveness, craftsmanship, team development, and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding entertainment marketing at scale.
