Permanent staff Ms Ragini is currently on Maternity. Lucknow MHR Office permanent Staff Ms Ragini

Chaturvedi had proceeded on Maternity in end May / early June 2026 .Temp staff Ms Rita had joined in

her place since that time.

As per recent development, Ms Rita has got some better job opportunity elsewhere in Lucknow itself.

Consequently she has resigned and will be serving her mandatory one month notice period till this

month end.

However Ragini Maternity is ending in Nov end and she has requested for an extension ( leave without

pay ) upto January 2027due to family obligations.

Have discussed the above scenario with HR and they have advised me to recruit another Temp staff

for 2-3 months till Ragini resumes.

Requirements

ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES

We definitely need one support staff for handling MHR day to day joining formalities of existing hands , coordination for pre joining medicals and distribution of Safety gear ( approx 120- 150 joiners from Lucknow Office every month ) hence requesting for recruitment of another temporary staff for 2-3 months.



Lucknow office has only one other executive and support staff Ms Mrittika who is handling MHR Recruitments ( new hands)

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIE

Technical skills

· Should be comfortable on emails , Excel sheets and Decent communication skills in English

and Hindi with seafarers.

Professional skills · Understanding of Seafarer Requirements and HR needs

SKILLED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Graduate , MBA with Good spoken and written English communication skills
