The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and leadership capabilities to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance and workforce effectiveness.

This role requires a solid understanding of enterprise analytics, workforce data, predictive modelling, and modern analytics platforms. You will lead analytics strategy, strengthen data governance, develop scalable reporting frameworks, and partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.

- Partner with senior leadership, HR, Finance, Technology, and Operations to identify analytical opportunities and business priorities.
- Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards to measure business performance and workforce effectiveness.
- Oversee data modelling, statistical analysis, trend identification, and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Improve data quality, governance, consistency, security, and compliance across analytics processes.
